  1. Sit in padmasana or vajrasana. Take hold of one wrist behind the back.
  2. Close the eyes and relax the whole body.
  3. Bring awareness to mooladhara and perform moola bandha.
  4. Inhale slowly, then exhale bend forward and forehead should touches the floor. Inhale slowly and come up.

All the movement should be performed in a harmonious, smooth manner.

This mudra massages the abdominal organs and stretches the back. It develops awareness and control of psychic energy.
